Celebrating 10 Years

Some love stories begin with grand gestures. Ours began with family, timing, and a little confidence. Darryl’s little sister, Ashley, introduced us while we were in college. We had crossed paths a few times before, but it wasn’t until Ashley’s 21st birthday celebration at Select that things truly clicked. In the middle of a loud club and an unexpected conversation, Darryl asked Brittany a question. Her reply? “It’s cool—I’ll explain later.” When Darryl asked how that was going to happen, Brittany smiled and said, “Because you’re going to take my number, and we can talk about it when you call me tomorrow.” And just like that, the rest was history. That simple moment set the foundation for Darryl and Brittany's love story. We met in 2011, said “I do” in 2016, and ten years later, we are still choosing each other. We also get to share our love with our three beautiful children: Peyton, Tristen, and Raegan. Over the years, our love has grown and we continue to grow together. We are traveling to new places, enjoying concerts, cheering from the sidelines at games and competitions, and fully embracing the joy (and busyness!) of our girls’ extracurricular activities and sports. As we renew our vows and celebrate ten years of marriage, we do so with full hearts and we are excited to celebrate with all of you!
