Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan for our future together!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We can't wait to see all of you dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best Cocktail attire!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

Although we love each and every one of your children, we please ask that you adhere to the given names on your wedding invitations. We would like our special day to be a romantic, intimate, and adults-only event. Our venue only allows us up to 50 guests, so we must follow these venue rules set out by the Alton Mill Arts Centre. Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you all!

WHAT TIME WILL THE CEREMONY BEGIN?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM, but we please ask that you arrive no later than 10:50 AM to get yourselves acquainted with the ceremony location and seating so that we can begin our ceremony on time. The ceremony will be held in the Annex Building outside the main building. There will be signage to direct you.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Yes, absolutely! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP to our wedding.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! There are ample parking spaces on-site with two parking lots available for you to use. There are also electric car chargers available for those who drive an electric vehicle! Parking is also free.

WHERE IS THE ALTON MILL ARTS CENTRE LOCATED?

Answer

The Alton Mill Arts Centre is located at 1402 Queen St. W. Alton, ON, L7K 0C3. It resides south of Orangeville and less than an hour from Toronto. The venue is easily accessible via HWY 10 from Brampton. At the light by Charleston Sideroad, cross over and continue past Osprey Valley Golf Course into Alton. In the village, turn left on Queen Street, drive one block, then turn right onto Amelia Street where you’ll see the Alton Mill Arts Centre driveway on the left. Google Maps or Waze will easily help you find your way!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THE WEDDING CEREMONY?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, please head to the Waterfall Courtyard for Cocktail Hour to enjoy some fresh hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and to socialize while the Bride and Groom take their wedding photos.

WHERE WILL THE RECEPTION BE HELD?

Answer

Please join us for a lovely Sunday lunch in the Millrace Room located on the lower level floor of the Alton Mill Arts Centre. As you walk in the main doors, head straight past the gift shop and turn right to access the stairs down to the Millrace Room. Prepare to be wowed at the twinkly lights and romantic atmosphere!
