We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Brittany’s co-worker is married to one of Dan’s childhood friends! She had been saying Brittany and Dan would be great together for a while, and it took some convincing but Brittany finally agreed to be set up on a date! She had never been on a blind date before, so she was a little skeptical at first. Their first date was set – they planned to meet at a nice Italian spot in Queens! It was raining on the night of their first date, and Brittany took the subway all the way out to Astoria, Queens from Manhattan. It seemed very far at the time..ha! When she got off the subway, Dan was standing at the bottom of the stairs with a big umbrella. So sweet!! When they arrived at the restaurant, she realized that Dan had already been there to reserve their table and order apps and wine ahead of time! They ended up staying and chatting until the restaurant closed, and as they say, the rest is history! How Dan proposed: We don’t have any proposal photos or videos because it happened in our apartment! I had just gotten out of the shower, walked out and he was down on one knee. I was SUPER surprised. He said that he couldn’t imagine life without me, and asked if I would marry him. I was in shock and asked if he was serious and then he slid the ring on my finger!” What a perfect surprise! A little bit about us: Our favorite date night is a concert – 90’s music is always the favorite. Just this year wesaw Goo Goo Dolls, Barenaked Ladies, OAR, Old Dominion (twice!), and Rob Thomas. For a more low key date night, we love a good wine and chocolate night and some type of true crime show! Our love: When asked what Dan loves the most about Brittany: "It’s definitely the amount that she makes him laugh." He loves how he knows so clearly that he loves her so much just by looking into her eyes! Brittany loves, “how much he makes [her] laugh, how he supports [her] to take risks in [her] career, and how he does everything in his power to keep [her] safe.”
