Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closet family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

What is the dress code?

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take pictures with you during the reception.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than 9.22.26 by sending in the stamped return card. If you do not RSVP by 9.22.26 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are there accommodations nearby?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a hotel block at The Grand Resort in Warren. You can call and book your room anytime up to a month before the wedding. The reservation is under Hedrick Wedding. The phone number is 330-856-1900 (ext. one)

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes there will be a shuttle for guests who have booked a hotel room at the Grand Resort. The shuttle will take you to and from the venue. Shuttle departure times will be stated closer to the event date.

Answer
