Things To Do
There are lots of great things to do close to the venue, and some things a little further away if you have the time.
There is a botanical garden and Gardens of the World in Thousand Oaks. Malibu is about 30 minutes away, Santa Barbara about 1 hour. Also, the Camarillo Premium Outlets are always a nice stop! Channel Islands Harbor (Oxnard) and Ventura Harbor are fun destinations where you can rent kayaks or pedal boats, then grab a bite to eat at Brophy's (Ventura) or Andrea's Seafood (Ventura) with seafood from local fisherman. There's always Universal City, Venice Beach and Santa Monica in the LA area.
