Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final numbers to vendors shortly after this deadline—you will be missed!
We are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest." For families, it will list "The (your last name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire. We recommend suits and ties and cocktail dresses. Please, no denim/jeans or shorts, and avoid shades of white. The bridesmaids will wear French blue, and the groomsmen will wear black tuxedos.
It typically falls somewhere between a semi-formal dress code and cocktail attire, with breezy silhouettes and pastel colors that take inspiration from the surrounding blooms.
The complimentary shuttle will pick up from Springhill Suites (11552 Leona Rd, Eden Prairie, MN) before the ceremony and drop off here at the end of the night. There will be two pick-up times before the ceremony: 3 pm and 3:50 pm. Please note: The shuttle is a 56-passenger coach bus, so if you can take the earlier shuttle, please do! If you miss the shuttle, it's full, or you would prefer to drive, there is ample parking at the venue, and you can pick up your car in the morning. At the end of the night, the shuttle will run continuously from 9 to midnight from Edward Anne Estate to the Springhill Suites. Please do not drink and drive!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. We recommend guests arrive between 4 and 4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. We will provide a complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the venue, which will ensure you arrive on time.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors.
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted as you reach the grounds. There is also a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel. Please do not drink and drive.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Therefore, we are providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue. If you decide to drive to the venue, you can leave vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by 10:00 am. Please utilize the complimentary shuttle or a rideshare app (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking!
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.
All food and beverages at Bavaria Downs must be provided by D'Amico Catering. All guests will be required to provide ID before consuming alcohol, and no underage drinking will be strictly enforced. Any outside alcohol found anywhere on the premises will be confiscated, or if you are found to be drinking underage, it will result in a $500 liquor license violation fee, which you will be responsible for paying, and you will be removed from the premises immediately.
