Please note that the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM, so we ask that you arrive by 2:30 PM. • 3:00 PM: Ceremony Begins • 3:30 PM: Ceremony Ends / Light Refreshments • 4:30 PM: Guests Seated for Dinner • 4:45 PM: Grand Entrance & First Dance • 5:00 PM: Dinner Served • 6:00 PM: Toasts / Cake Cutting • 6:15 PM: Dancing • 7:45 PM: Last Dance • 8:00 PM: Venue End Time We must be out of the venue by 8:00 PM. While not required, we would be very grateful to anyone available to stay and help with the clean-up process.
