Yes, there is a private parking lot at The Madison. We also will have a shuttle going to and from The Aloft Hotel to The Madison and back at the end of the night.

Here is a rough timeline: 4:00pm - 4:30pm Ceremony 4:30pm - 5:45pm Cocktail Hour 5:45pm - 6:15pm Dinner is served 6:45pm - 11:00pm Party!
The situation will be assessed at it gets closer, as I write this right now (February 2021) you will have to wear a mask while moving around. You may take it off while you are seated. Just like restaurant protocol.
We are expecting about approximately 120 guests. The venue can fit 800 guests in the main room, and 300 on the patio so we will have lot of room to spread out.
Masks must be worn while walking around or standing, catering will be in single serve receptacles, all staff will be masked and gloved at all times, bathrooms are large and touch free, the venue has 20 foot ceilings and large garage doors we can keep open to promote air flow, and tables and chairs will have extra space between them. There is also a 2,000 sq ft patio with heaters we plan to utilize as much as possible! The venue is large and vast and we have the entire space to ourselves!
