FAQs

Question

What are the transportation options?

Answer

I would recommend getting a rental car as everything is at least 10-15 min drive from each other. You can split it with another couple to mitigate cost (let me know if you want me to help sync you up and I will happily do so). We use Expedia to find best rates. I’d uber to any wedding events that you think you may get a bit tipsy from, stay safe my friends

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The wedding and all wedding events prior are kid free so if you’re bringing a little one please plan for childcare prior to the events so you can attend ❤️

Question

Will there be any events before the wedding?

Answer

We’re planning to be at Keihi Food Trucks on Friday around 6pm if anyone wants to stop by and say hi before the big day! Totally optional, but we'd love to see you and catch up before all the wedding festivities begin.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by July 26th if you will be able to join us. This helps us finalize our guest count with our vendors. If you have any issues with the online form, please contact Brittany or Brandon directly.

Question

Where can we get groceries?

Answer

Costco is great price but big portions good choice if you’re splitting with another couple otherwise I’d go to Safeway or Foodland.

Question

What are some other things I should bring?

Answer

Get spf 50, swim shirt, and a hat. If you look like a lobster you still have to be in the pics ;)

Question

What are some good and easy lunch spots?

Answer

We mostly get food and grill at the Airbnb Foodland: go here and get some stuff to grill at the Airbnb for lunches if we want beach time Paia fish market: great for lunch or dinner reasonable price, well known, and fresh fish caught that day Black rock pizza: yum and easy to take with you to hang on the beach Ululani’s: shaved ice so yum!

Question

What are some options for bars?

Answer

South shore tiki lounge: good ole tiki bar vibe and drinks, didn’t eat here but fun to go after the food trucks for a tropical drink Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante: located in Four Seasons, the drinks were yum and great ocean view Any hotel in Waliea Bar, the Andaz has a very pretty view of the ocean

Question

When should I make dinner reservations by?

Answer

We would recommend making a reservation a month or few weeks before you come because these places fill up fast
