Wedding day passes are effective thirty (30) minutes before the wedding ceremony scheduled time and are valid until the end of the wedding reception (up to five (5) hours from the wedding ceremony scheduled time). Wedding attendees using a wedding day pass are welcome to use any bar available during their time at the Hotel (food at restaurants excluded).
No, when you book a room in the room block it includes transportation to/from resort. The resort is also all inclusive and includes kid's activities, 24-Hour Room Service, all-inclusive meals, and all-inclusive alcoholic beverages. If you're traveling from the West coast, you need one day of traveling. The flights are usually overnight. I recommend planning one day of travel and the next day check into the resort. If you're traveling from the East Coast, you can travel day of check-in. We are checking in September 24 and checking out October 1.

Yes Final Payment Due Date(s) 100% (full) payment is required for guests with NO Travel Protection by 5/10/2025. A minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection by 5/10/2025 with the remaining balance payment required by 7/14/2025. Any reservation not paid to the required amount by the date(s) listed above will be canceled automatically.
Hyatt Ziva is the family side and houses majority of the restaurants. Hyatt Zilara is adults only They are right next to each other, at the same resort. If you book Zilara, you have access to Ziva
No, if you book through the provided room block link it includes transportation to and from the resort from the airport.
Hyatt has a hair and makeup salon. I will also post prices of off resort hairstylist and makeup artists.
When you book within the room block and purchase trip protection, your first deposit is due upon booking and then next payment is due May 2025.

If you’re staying at Hyatt Ziva/Zilara, it’s advisable to book through the host’s room block on the save the date website. The hotel has blocked these rooms specifically for our wedding. The extra $78 difference that you notice is for transportation from airport to the resort, round trip. If you notice a price difference beyond $78 please contact Kimberly to price match and assist with booking.
