Bethpage Black Course
Bethpage Black Course is a famous public course that has held the US Open, Barclays, the PGA Championship, and will host the Ryder Cup in 2025. This is where will be getting married! If you can snag a Tee-time this is the place to go! There are a number of other beautiful courses nearby as well. If you're not a golf fan, Bethpage State Park also features hiking and biking trails where you can take in the fall foliage.
Novitá Wine Bar & Trattoria
This is a great spot for a Cocktail in Brittany's hometown, about 25 minutes from the venue. Check out 7th street nearby with cute shops, restaurants, and bars. Other great spots include Leos, Prost, Revel, Walk street, among many others.
Jones Beach
Jones Beach is a great spot to breathe in some ocean air! Located about 20 minutes from our venue, our two favorite beaches are Jones Beach West End and Gilgo for some surfing. Long Beach, Lido, and Point lookout are also worthwhile!
Sagamore Hill National Historic Site
Sagamore Hill was the home of Teddy Roosevelt. We have had the chance to tour his house and its well worth seeing! This site has 83 acres of natural surroundings and historic buildings. Sagamore Hill’s nature trail leads to Cold Spring Harbor Beach for some more scenic views.
John's of Bleecker St.
John's is the best Pizza Spot we have found to date. Although its not on the Island, if traveling guests are venturing into Manhattan, this pizza will change your life. This is about an hour away from the venue. John's lets you carve your initials into the walls and benches to make your mark. If you go, you may find ours!
