We are asking guests who have traveled to high-risk areas, and guests who are feeling ill or have been ill to please refrain from attending our celebration.

Unbeknownst to us, we had a lot more mutual friends than we ever would have expected! After lots and lots of suggestions of getting together, and a little bit of liquid courage, our first actual conversation happened inside of Shuckin' Shack (thanks Danny and Jen for choosing this last stop at your birthday party ;) ) A few orange crushes and playoff baseball games later, the rest became history!

We were getting ready to leave for vacation on the 13th and Wade decided to take a trip to Stone Tower Winery, Britt's favorite spot, to relax a little before vacation. There was a storm in the forecast and a wedding happening shortly after we arrived so Wade suggested a trip down to the pond before they closed off the lower level. It had started to rain once we got down to the pond and on our way back up, Wade had asked a random woman to take our picture. About, 300 pictures later Wade asked her to take one more and that's when he got down on one knee and popped the question! Our parents were waiting up at the top so they were there to witness the whole thing, major props to Wade for that one!
