Hi everyone! Welcome to our site! Owen and I have known each other since highschool. We started dating in March 2013 after we "remet" at the Rumson St. Patricks Day Parade. Owen was working for Carton Brewing at the time and I was with some of his fellow coworkers. We ended up spending the rest of the evening together and then each weekend going on from there. We moved into our first place together in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. We now live in Bradley Beach, NJ. Owen was taking me away to a cute little spot in West Kill, NY called The Spruceton Inn for my 30th birthday. I had no idea he had been planning to propose while we were there. We usually have morning coffee together on the weekends so being away was no different. We got up and ready and got our coffee. We walked over to a place we scoped out the night before by the brook. It had two chairs so it was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy our coffee. We were talking about how it has been such a great spot and a nice way to get away together. He then was stretching because he had hurt his back earlier in the week. I did not know he was just preparing to get down on one knee. He asked me to spend forever with him. He is truly my best friend. So here we are! We are getting MARRIED!!
