FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Using this website we have an RSVP tab you can click above. You are welcome to RSVP anytime, the last date to RSVP is by February 15th 2026. You are also welcome to text either one of us and we will RSVP for you.

Question

What if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If we do not have your RSVP by February 15th, you will be counted as 'not attending'. This is due to having to give our final headcount to our vendors and to finalize venue seating. Thank you so much for your understanding, we will miss you on this special day if you are unable to attend.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We cannot wait to see everyone on this big day, we would love to see everyone dressed in cocktail attire leaning more casual. Our venue is mostly outdoor with an indoor reception so please be aware for your footwear. Please do not wear white or colors similar to white, please no jeans either. Our wedding colors are brown and dark greens, you are welcome to join in on the vision and wear similar colors, of course this is not required.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony with start at 5:30, please arrive no later than 5:15. You are welcome to start arriving around 4:50 as we will be setting up and making sure all finishing touches are done before that. Those staying on site will be aware of their check in time for the glamping houses.

Question

Can I bring a plus one/date?

Answer

Due to limitations of the venue and wanting to keep our day special to those we love, there will be no additional plus ones. All guests will be listed formally on your invites and appear under your name when you RSVP. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be silenced and put away during the ceremony portion of our wedding, our photographer will handle this part so everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony feel free to capture as many moments as you wish! We will love to see the reception from your point of view, feel free to send them our way.
