Here is the pickup schedule for each hotel: Residence Inn 4:05 Buses arrive and load 4:15 Buses leave for Barn 4:30 Buses arrive and load 4:40 Buses leave for Barn La Quinta Inn & Suites 4:05 Bus arrives and loads 4:15 Bus leaves for Barn

What is the shuttle bus schedule after the reception?

Answer

We will have 3 buses doing rounds of dropoffs to the hotels starting at 10:45 and ending at 11:30.

Where and when is the After Party?

Answer

The After Party will be at the Residence Inn lobby bar around 11:15pm - or whenever we get back from the Barn! We will provide pizza in the conference room and the cash bar will stay open until 2am. Let's keep this night going!
