There will be roundtrip transportation from both hotels to the venue. The shuttles will begin leaving at 3:30pm. ***PLEASE NOTE - the hotel's regular check-in is 4pm; however, they acknowledge that most rooms will be ready by 3pm. The hotel STRONGLY SUGGESTS (and so do we!) that you call in advance to request an early check-in. If taking the shuttles, please arrive in the lobby no later than 3:30 pm so that we can get the party started and enjoy the evening!!
