Getting so excited!!

We met in the summer 2009 for the first time but it took six months for us to talk again. We became friends sometime during January of 2010 when she was on her way to being the star soccer player I stopped by the goal to talk to her and from there we developed a friendship. We were friends and texted off and on until I left for college and lost touch until one fateful night at a tattoo shop in Conway, Ar where we again ran into one another. She arrived to get her belly button pierced with her bff Kara while I was waiting to get a tattoo. Small talk led to lets get dinner while dinner led to a movie and by the end of the movie we did not want the night to end. We dated for over a year and spent a magical summer together where we hung out everyday and spent time together doing my sociology homework. The way we felt for one another then is still the same way we feel about one another now. Our last reconnection we made in August came at a time where we spent about three years apart without even speaking but it was as if time stood still once we laid eyes on one another again. In that very moment we realized that we did not want to let the other one get away again but we recognized that we were meant to be! When she asked me if I thought that we would ever be together again I simply replied "maybe one day".
