When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love all RSVPs by October 16, 2022 to allow us time to gather an accurate head count to make the most out of this day! Don't forget you can RSVP online

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation is addressed to the family it will include your children in the reservation count. If you want our wedding to be your night off, feel free to plan that babysitter!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No", so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-casual/dressy casual attire (not super fancy) Please opt out of wearing casual/distressed jeans or t-shirts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be onsite at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors and is it as the same location?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be at the same location, The Orchard Event Venue and Retreat. Ceremony: Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Reception: The reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We would love our guests to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we ask all guests to turn off and put away their cameras and cell phones and enjoy the moment. We will have a photographer that will capture all the special moments.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception where we will have some light bites and beverages before dinner.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony where some light bites will be served, then shortly following, a buffet style dinner.
