When should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

15-30 min before ceremony start.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

Are there any hotel accomodations?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked out some room at Holiday Inn Express; Farmington, MO. Their phone number is 573-701-0505

Question

Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol/beverages?

Answer

No. There will be alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages provided.

Question

Will there be a shuttle or Uber we could call?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus provided to all guests from 130PM CST to 11 PM CST. Mike will start out at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The last shuttle before the ceremony will start will be at 315. The next shuttle wouldn't be until the evening when guests are ready to leave. If you would like to utilize the shuttle, you can call Mike at 573-210-0579 and he will pick you up at your location and bring you back when you are ready. If you are staying at the hotel, you won't need to call Mike, he will already be there waiting.

If we are staying at an AirBnB rather than the hotel, would the shuttle still be available?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will be available for any guests that are staying around our venue. All you will need to do is call Mike at 573-210-0579 to set up a time to come pick you up at your location.
