Beaverfork Lake Park
Pretty cool lake spot for fishing, picnics, and a play area for kiddos! Cute little spot if you're wanting to come somewhere to relax with a view! It's not a far drive from any place you might stay in Conway.
University of Central Arkansas
Cute campus to walk around or tour if you're wanting to explore the area. One of the oldest universities in the state founded in 1907. Go checkout the home of the Bears purple and grey football field!
Historic Downtown Conway
Downtown Conway is a quaint little area that has many little shops, coffee shops, and local restaurants to try! There are a few murals by local artists to get a selfie with, and enjoy live music at Kings Live Music state every Wednesday-Saturday (check schedule and lineup). If you're into antiques make sure to stop in Jennifer's Antiques and Bella Rustina Modern Vintage Market.
The Rogue Roundabout
Microbrewery-restaurant. Craft Kitchen and Beverage lab. They also have a coffee lab! Located in downtown Conway.
Action Jacks Family Fun & Entertainment
If you're looking for something fun to do with the fam, check this place out. Full of things to entertain the kiddos! They have arcades, laser tag, axe throwing, mini paintball, and escape rooms!
Cadron Settlement Park
On the National Register of Historic Places this public park was established in 1979; facilities include the Blockhouse restoration, the Cherokee Trail of Tears exhibits, a boat launching ramp, hiking trails, restrooms, picnic areas, pavilion, handicapped trails and parking areas, historical mural of this pioneer settlement, markers, and interpretive signs. This port on the Arkansas River was also a stopping spot for the Butterfield Overland Mail Route. Both the Trail of Tears and the Butterfield Trail are part of the Arkansas Historic Trails System
Little Rock
If you're up for a little drive, check out the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock! There are also some museums, parks, and also breweries to keep you occupied for a while!
The Old Mill
The Old Mill is a re-creation of an 1880s era water-powered grist mill located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. It was used in the opening scenes of the movie classic Gone With The Wind!
Petit Jean State Park
If you're looking for a little outdoor adventure, check this state park out. A little drive from Conway, but there is plenty of gorgeous scenery, hiking trails, and waterfalls to make a fun little day trip! Bring a picnic and some good hiking shoes and go for it!
Hot Springs
If you're up for a little road trip, head to Hot Springs to check out the naturally heated springs, Hot Springs National Park, and also the beautiful Lake Hamilton!
