FAQs

Question

Where do all the events take place?

Answer

All events - Friday's welcome soirée, Saturday's wedding & afterparty, & Sunday's brunch - will take place at Liberty View Farm (sorry, Zola doesn't allow hyperlinks). More details to come. https://www.libertyviewfarm.biz/#liberty-view-farm

Question

Am I invited to all weekend events?

Answer

Yes! We want to celebrate with you all weekend! Everyone is invited to the Welcome Soirée on Friday, Ceremony and Reception on Saturday, and Brunch on Sunday. More details to follow!

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Friday's attire is "garden party chic. Think a step below cocktail attire in an outdoor setting. Saturday's wedding attire is cocktail. Sunday's brunch is casual! Come wearing whatever you feel comfortable in.

Question

Are the events inside or outside?

Answer

All events are mostly outdoors, weather permitting. Fall weather in the Hudson Valley is historically crisp, especially in the evenings. There will be a free coat check available, as well as heaters and fire pits. Pro tip for staying warm: dance all night long. The Farm does have a well manicured lawn and packed down gravel pathways, so just be mindful of your shoe choice.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided from Minnewaska Lodge, Residence Inn & Courtyard by Marriott to and from the wedding on Saturday. For transportation on Friday and Sunday, Ubers & Lyfts should be easy to come by. Give yourself a few extra minutes as we are in a rural area and wait times can be up to 10 minutes.

Question

Is there an after party?

Answer

Duh! The Saturday wedding reception will conclude around 10:00pm but we will continue to party on the property!

Question

Bees?

Answer

The venue is a flower farm and apple orchard so naturally there are bees and other pollinators. If you are allergic, we highly recommend that you bring your Epipen. Bees should keep to themselves, but we want to make sure everyone with allergies is aware and prepared!
