Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire- we want you to come get snazzy with us! Majority of the day will take place on grass so please leave your stilettos at home- block heels or flats will work best! Other than that, we want to see everyone have fun and dress up!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but have decided to keep our wedding 21+ so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes!! Drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly :)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking if you choose to drive! However, we will be providing transportation so be sure to check out the travel section for more information!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by 8/30/26. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm so plan to arrive by 4:00 pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! Friday at 7:30 pm we will be hosting a welcome party (location TBD). We would love to see you there!!!

Will I be able to get an Uber?

Answer

It is pretty easy to get an Uber in downtown Lake Geneva but VERY difficult to get one from Soulful Prairies. If you don't plan to drive please utilize the transportation we're providing. See travel section for more details.

Can I park at The Abbey if I'm not staying there?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you are not staying at The Abbey you will not be able to utilize their parking. You can take the shuttle they offer from downtown Lake Geneva or Uber. Once at The Abbey you will be able to hop on the provided shuttles to get you to Soulful Prairies for the wedding.
