Written In The Stars

We met when Oscar was walking his dog, Thor, and Britt was walking her dog, Willow, while taking out the trash (very romantic). After some awkward encounters thanks to Britt panicking whenever she saw the "cute neighbor" outside, we eventually connected over our love of walking the greenway and playing video games. When Oscar offered to give Britt an extra gaming headset, she got up the courage to give him her number. They got coffee at Roswell Provisions in Roswell, which led to decorating Oscar's small Christmas tree while drinking piña coladas, and the rest is history.

Britt and Oscar attend the Georgia Renaissance Festival each year. When they went in November of 2025, Britt had no idea what medieval romance was in store for her that day. With many of their closest friends around, Oscar put on a hilarious performance with the actor playing the Sherriff of Nottingham, where he confessed his love for a "fair maiden" in the group. He then got down on one knee as Britt burst into tears, immediately saying yes. Friends and performers threw rose petals and showered the couple with love as they celebrated. Huzzah!
