You can RSVP on this very website on the "RSVP" tab. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by February 1st.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue by the deadline they have provided and can not accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!
YES! Please ensure that your passports are valid at least six months beyond your planned departure date. Be sure to check your passport's expiration date right after RSVPing. If your passport is due for renewal, we recommend taking care of it as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute complications.
This is completely up to you! If your schedule allows, I'd plan on arriving Thursday, May 1 and leaving Sunday, May 4th. We will be staying until Monday night if you want to keep the party going with us!
You can book through our hotel block via this link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SJDIF/G-6BOU Stay with us! We are so excited to spend a whole weekend of celebrations with you! We have negotiated some amazing rates and benefits for you at the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva. These rooms are reserved for you to book by the end of January and pay for, however we recommend booking ASAP! All reservations must be made through the link to take advantage of the group rate and benefits, so be sure to book through there! Feel free to make it a vacation and extend your stay with the same rates (based upon availability) between April 28th to May 7th! You do not need to stay here if you would like to book somewhere else, but transportation to and from will be covered from the Hyatt Ziva. Note: There is a minimum of 3 nights required. If you don't plan on staying for 3 nights, you will need to book outside of the block.
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you've been given a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Guest of" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so everyone can enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Semi-formal attire. Pastels or bright spring colors are highly encouraged in the rainforest! Think vibrant hues of pinks, oranges, yellows, and purples – but feel free to explore beyond these of course. Try to avoid dark colors, black suits, and white dresses (; Need some visuals? Check out this Pinterest board for inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/brittbourdage/i-do/wedding-guest-attire/ Note to the gals: the ceremony is on grass, so choose your shoes wisely!
Of course! Drinks are on us! We will have a full open bar.
Yes! We will provide shuttles to and from the venue the day of the wedding from the Hyatt Ziva.
You can find our registry at the top of our wedding website on the 'registry' tab, but please do not feel obligated to send a gift!
