Why an elopement?
Answer
Honestly - we love each other, want to be together, so why wait? We both were drawn to a private ceremony and an adventure, but couldn't resist celebrating with all our family and friends. We may be getting married a couple of weeks before our reception, but we will be bringing our joy, wearing our dresses, and ready to celebrate our union with the people who love us the most!

Where exactly is the Open House? Do we need to arrive right at 1pm?
Answer
Nope - since it’s an open house, you’re welcome to stop by or stay awhile ANYTIME between 1pm-4pm on the 15th. We are having the event at the Mineral Springs Park Pavilion in Pekin, IL (don’t worry - it’s inside and heated!) A large parking lot available inside the park near the pavilion, and there are some handicap parking with a few non handicap spots right by the Pavilion.

Can we bring our kiddos?

Yes, we'd love to see them! If you're able, let us know in the comment box on your RSVP page if you have any littles attending, or you can always call or text us!

We are excited to start our life together in Peoria, Il as we recently have moved into our first apartment together! Be on the lookout for future craft night invites and dinner parties - you know Britt has been dying to host everyone.
