We have not reserved any reservations at any hotel currently. We will be settling in for the night at a reserved AIRBNB in Montgomery, Tx! Please feel free to book your own personal hotel accommodations to drink responsibly, and please choose somewhere close stay near the Venue if you can please!

Question

Are we required to wear a mask at the Wedding due to COVID-19? What protocols is the Venue taking currently to keep everyone safe?

Answer

Regularly and frequently clean and disinfect any regularly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, tables, chairs, and restrooms.  Disinfect seats before and after services.  Disinfect any items that come into contact with attendees.  Make hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, or similar disinfectant readily available.  Consider placing readily visible signage to remind everyone of best hygiene practices.  For wedding venues with more than 10 employees and/or contractors present at one time, consider having an individual wholly or partially dedicated to ensuring the health protocols adopted by the venue are being successfully implemented and followed. Please make sure guests at least have in handy a mask through the evening.
