What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, so please arrive by 4:00pm to be escorted to your seat. No late comers will be allowed to enter once the ceremony has started.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Please wear cocktail attire. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets. No jeans or shorts are allowed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are having a very small, intimate ceremony and celebration, therefore, unless your invitation says "AND GUEST", we can not accommodate additional guests due to limited seating and Covid Capacity Restrictions at our venue. We apologize, but we simply can not accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome to come to the ceremony and reception?

We really love your kids, but we will be having an Adults only ceremony and reception.

Are there any Covid Restrictions, Mandates or Vaccination Requirements?

Answer

We will keep this page updated with any restrictions or mandates as best we can. We will be adhering to any and all restrictions/mandates put forth by New York State, the city of Syracuse and our venue, the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. Please be respectful and understanding of any of these policies as they may change at a moments notice, but they are there simply to keep everyone safe and well!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have very limited quantities of rooms available in our room block, which we will have more information on shortly. There are several hotels located near our venue, if you do not decide to stay at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both the ceremony and reception locations in a parking garage connected to the hotel and a fee will be charged. There is also street parking close by as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please specify on your RSVP Example: Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Etc
