What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have organized a trolley service to pick up our guests at the hotel block at 4:15 PM to avoid our guests having to request their own transportation or drive. The trolley should arrive to the venue at 4:45 PM. If you prefer, you are welcome to organize your own transportation or drive. There is a lot for parking at the venue. Please be at the venue by 5 PM. We will have water refreshments available upon arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The welcome party is cocktail attire or floral frenzy. For the welcome party, men are encouraged to wear a collared shirt. Women are encouraged to wear a cocktail dress or floral inspired outfit. It’s Savannah in late summer in beautiful Forsyth park - think garden party! The wedding is black tie optional. For the wedding, men are encouraged to wear a tux or suit. Women are encouraged to wear a formal dress, dressy separates, or jump/pant suit. Please wear what makes you comfortable as our event is meant to be enjoyable for all.

There is a Welcome Party for all guests on Friday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM at Collin’s Quarters in beautiful Forsyth Park. Please join us for this Savannah Soirée before the big day!

We have a hotel block please see the Travel page! However, there are many other hotels and Air BnB options if you prefer as well.
