What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please be in your seat no later than 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be inside. We will have a backup for rain but please plan for potentially cooler October weather.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional: Formal, evening-appropriate attire. Guests can choose to wear traditional black tie (a tuxedo or floor-length gown) or dress in high-end formal wear, such as a sharp dark suit or an elegant cocktail dress.

Due to space limitations, we're only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

While we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy the well-deserved night off.

Yes—everything will take place at the same venue for a seamless celebration.

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at our venue!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a hotel block available at Hotel Avalon in Alpharetta about 15-20 minutes from the venue. You can make a reservation under the Travel section of our website. We do not have enough rooms for every single guest so please book ASAP.
