For those flying into the city, Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airport is your best bet. Prices for flights should be very reasonable for this time of the year, and even more affordable the sooner you book. Pro tip: checkout Google Flights to quickly cross-reference ticket prices.
If you're driving in from DC, 395 North is a straight shot to the city. I-95 North is also a safe bet for VA travelers.
The venue for the welcome event and celebration is only ten minutes away (driving) from most downtown locations. Should you plan to stay a night or two in the city, we recommend looking into booking rooms at the Residence Inn, Hyatt Regency, Marriott Waterfront, Sonesta Hotel, Pier 5 Hotel, or Kimpton Hotel Monaco. Delta Hotels Baltimore North is the closest to the venue (less than 5 minutes).
