Tents and vans are welcome, but NO RVs ALLOWED. We will set up in a field that has bathrooms, charging stations, changing rooms, and drinking water.
We will be providing the following meals: ā¢ Friday night: Rehearsal dinner starts around 7pm and will include grilled meats and sides ā¢ Saturday: Dinner at the reception Saturday evening ā¢ Sunday: Pancake breakfast Sunday morning We are asking guests to BYO food and snacks for Saturday morning and any other meals you may need during your stay!
If you will be imbibing, we will provide alcohol for the wedding but please plan to BYOB for other events during the weekend.
It's forecasted to rain as of now and we are making plans to keep everyone dry and warm during main events! A shared camping area will offer rain protection for folks to gather and hang, but please BRING YOUR OWN RAIN ESSENTIALS: umbrella, raincoats, tent rain fly, etc. Please also stay current on the forecast for what you pack - right now wind may keep daytime temps feeling 45-55 degrees. Pack accordingly!
Key items for a suggested packing list: ā¢ Camp chairs ā¢ Dry gear & umbrella ā¢ BYOB and Food (per the above sections) ā¢ Cooking supplies* ā¢ Pop-up canopy if you have one** ā¢ Headlamps & personal lights, & any extra battery powered lights*** ā¢ Any and all decorations that make the place fun and festive! * The camping area will provide a shared cooking/kitchen set up in a dry area (camp stove, propane, basic cookware). If you need anything unique or want your own set up, then please bring your own supplies. ** We're asking guests to bring pop-ups if they have easy access to them for use during the reception and in the shared camping area. While we have the basics covered, extra pop-ups ensure better function and flow. We're grateful if you could provide! *** Key areas will be lit but having extra light around camps will be super helpful for everyone!
SHOWERS ARE LIMITED Showers are very limited and likely unavailable to all campers, so please plan and prepare like you're legit camping! We will have portable bathrooms available all weekend.
The property has NO WiFi and service may be spotty with the quantity of guests attending. Please make any necessary preparations ā especially download all your playlists! š¶
