Maid of Honor
My favorite sister! I grew up being the athletic one and she grew up being the artsy one. Now she has ran a half marathon and is still the better artist. I am just trying to catch up!
Bridesmaid
Jake’s sister in law who has provided me with the inside scoop of how to get along with the Krogh fam. It often times consists of me making fun of Jake in front of his family so they think I am funny (sorry Jake).
Bridesmaid
A ray of sunshine from Santa Barbara CA. Bailey is a coffee and sunrise aficionado and I can always count on her to drink coffee with me at any hour of the day.
Bridesmaid
We have been on the same soccer team since we could walk. Now you can catch us either talking about food while exercising or talking about exercising while eating food.
Bridesmaid
Also know as Bluetooth. She is a lover of all things m&ms and cheese. You can always count on Brooke for thinking your jokes are funny even if they don't land with anyone else.
Bridesmaid
Also known as Wizard of Jaws. She has driven 8+ hours by herself multiple times to hang out. If that’s not true friendship I don't know what is.
Bridesmaid
Also known as Chip's N Dip. One time we went to the bean in Chicago and she literally sprinted the whole way to it. Then she proceeded to do a backbend and cartwheel in front of it. By the end we had a mini crowd and people were clapping.
Bridesmaid
Also known as Oil Spills. She is an oil engineer in New Orleans. In college she asked a boy to a formal by calling the local coffee shop asking for the “cute baristas” number. Now they are married.
Bridesmaid
We have gone to the same school since kindergarten and I can't remember a birthday party with out her! She can cut 5 minutes off any estimated time of arrival on google maps.
Bridesmaid
Also known as Banarchy. She is always down for an adventure at any time of the day. When she is not watching “Little Women” you can find her drinking lavender oat milk lattes.
Bridesmaid
Jakes oldest sister but also my employer when I was in high school! Kate is known for her incredible harp playing talents while simultaneously raising a family full of boys.
Bridesmaid
I met her in high school at my church youth group not knowing one day she would be my sister in law. She is a thrift store queen and spends any time she can in Guatemala.
Bridesmaid
I thought we were triplets until age 10 and since then we have learned how to make a dance party out of any situation. Liv is also known as the queen of Whole Foods and is now my favorite singer and song writer!
Best Man
A few months into my freshman year at Wheaton, my roommate met my brother Kyle and couldn’t believe how similar our mannerisms were. Since then, I have gone on to graduate from Wheaton, teach in high school, and coach basketball, just like Kyle.
Groomsman
Krum and I were once paid $600 dollars each to buzz our long hair down to a crew cut. I know this doesn’t say much about Krum but it’s too good a story not to share.
Groomsman
Known by our nephews as “uncle beardy” he is making a strong bid to being the “fun uncle” and he actually might deserve the title.
Groomsman
Fortunately known as “Nandes” so that neither of us had to be the “other Jake” in the friend group, he is known to eat cereal without the milk.
Groomsman
Jeremy once played the guitar while I awkwardly rapped “Ultralight Beam” at a small coffee house performance while we were juniors at Wheaton. If that’s not true friendship, I don’t know what is.
Groomsman
Jordan and I share many common interests: pickup basketball, literature, and during senior year, driving Jordan’s car.
Groomsman
I first met Karl as “the guy who lived on the same floor as my friend at Gordon”, then again as “Mr. Cassel” at a summer camp, and then we became friends, and now we're becoming brother in laws.
Groomsman
Lars and I share a few things in common: an interest in teaching (no pressure Lars) and an affinity for mustaches (please let me Britta).
Groomsman
Luke is the baby of the Krogh family, but now is all grown up. Luke and I can’t wrestle anymore because Luke would win.
Groomsman
Throughout our 3 years of rooming together at Wheaton we had a good night ritual: Jake: "Who is my big guy?" Seth: "I'm your big guy"
Groomsman
I often say I have four brothers, instead of three brothers and a brother in law. Ted is a good guy.
Groomsman
Will has “fun dad vibes”, and he’s not even a father yet. That sentence may not make sense to some, but let’s just say that he’s the responsible one in the group that is always ready to crack a joke.
