Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please see the Travel section of our site for our lodging recommendations! In order to take advantage of Suncadia's shuttle, we suggest staying within the Resort at the Lodge, Inn or a home rental.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether or not we have accommodated for a plus one. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us directly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to get seated. There is a bar inside of the venue if you would like a beverage for the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at Swiftwater Cellars. For guests staying within Suncadia proper, please make use of the complementary shuttle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The desired dress code is Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire. Weather in the Northwest is typically beautiful this time of year but we suggest bringing a light jacket for our outdoor ceremony.

Answer

We would greatly appreciate your RSVP card by August 25th.
