We are getting married!

Michael and Britni met at the young age of 15 when they were introduced by a mutual friend at school. They quickly created a friendship which would eventually develop into more than they ever imagined. For the majority of their initial friendship, they were each involved with other people. Over the years, they’d spend time hanging out and helping one another with their relationships as friends, even though there was always a noticible “spark” between them. It was not until 3-years after they met that their relationship became more, but even with their admitted “love” for one another, it was not the right time for them. They maintained a friendship for the years after although they always knew that they would end up together and frequently discussed it quite openly. Then, 10 years after they met, Britni ended a long-term relationship and Michael reached out to her. He was living far away and in the military, but he knew that this was “it”- he knew that if they were ever going to “try” that that was the time. Britni, being the “realist” that she is, was nervous, but Michael proved very early on that he was all in and ready to be with her forever. From that day forward, everything fell into place as they always knew that it would. Ever since that day of reconciliation, the two have had the most incredible times filled with love, laughter, and companionship- more so than either of them knew was possible. Even with 6-months of long distance under their belts, the two’s bond and strength as a couple never withered. Now, the two live together happily and are proud fur parents to their beloved cats, Mouse, Theo, and Ollie and blue heeler named Delta. The two cherish nothing more than spending time with one another and would both describe themseleves as “best friends”. Britni and Michael could not be more ready to take the next step in their relationship by taking eachothers’ hand in marriage, and cannot wait to celebrate their special day with you all!
