How do I book a room at the hotel?

To book online follow the link on the Travel page or copy the link below: www.tailwaterlodge.com Click Book Now (upper right corner) Edit Arrival/Departure dates (valid August 8-10, 2025) Number of rooms/guests Click Special Rates button Group Code: MOBA Click Update *Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 298-3434 and give the agent the Group Code (MOBA). *Guests must reserve the room with a credit card. A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure. *Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am. *Hotel Amenities: Restaurant and lounge, indoor pool, large outdoor hot tub, full-service spa, various indoor and outdoor games, hiking trail and fitness center! ***All rooms must be booked by JULY 9, 2025 to receive the block rate***

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we have a limited guest list and won’t be able to accommodate additional plus-ones. If you do receive a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate our guest list.

Can I bring kids?

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to host an adults-only reception to allow us as newlyweds and all of our guests to fully enjoy the night. Thank you for your understanding! Please reach out to us individually if you have any questions.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our guests in cocktail attire—dresses, jumpsuits, or suits. We kindly ask that ladies avoid wearing black, as it's reserved for the bridal party! Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable while you celebrate with us. Get ready to dance the night away! If you have any questions or need some guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
