FAQs

The Wedding Website of Britney McPheron and Ryan Mason
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 20th, 2023

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult (21+) only occasion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear cocktail or black tie dress attire. Button up shirts, tie optional, khakis or slacks. Preferably no jeans or casual wear. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For hotel recommendations, please see the Hotel/Travel tab of our website.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any transportation for guests. However, GR has the use of UBER or LYFT that you can use off your phone.

Question

Are we allowed to leave our car at the reception/ venue?

Answer

Yes, if you plan on drinking and want to take an Uber/Lyft to your hotel or ride home with someone else, you can leave your car at our venue overnight with no cost.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes the Venue will host both ceremony and reception and has a full parking lot!

Question

Can I bring a date (or a plus 1)?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer that it is just you. Thank you for respecting our decision.

Question

What's for Dinner?

Answer

Dinner will include the option you choose when you RSVP. Option 1: Carved Beef Brisket - Slow smoked beef brisket, rubbed with special signature BBQ rub and smoked for 10 to 12 hours. BBQ sauce on the side. Option 2: Chicken - A lightly battered fresh chicken breast sautéed in garlic butter. Served with a Champagne cream sauce. Option 3 (Vegetarian option): cooked sweet potato, zucchini, with kale, corn and beans with drizzled green goddess sauce. All dishes will come with: Corn bread, white cheddar mac and cheese, & carrots and green beans.
