Is this the wedding

Well no, however, this is the substitute for the wedding. Since we are eloping we want to celebrate with family, consider this the "pre"ception instead of a reception. This day is as important as being a part of the wedding if we chose to do something big. This will be the ONLY event.

Take I-215 to Exit 4 (3900 South) and go east to Wasatch Blvd. Turn north to 3800 South. At 3800 South (which becomes Mill Creek Canyon Road), turn east, drive through the neighborhood and up into the canyon. The gated road to Church Fork Picnic Area is located 2.3 miles from the Toll Booth on the left side of the canyon road

The turn-off for Church Fork Picnic Area is a left turn 2.3 miles past the toll booth. Fred Foyer Group Site is on the left side at the upper end of Church Fork Road. Mill Creek runs through the Church Fork area; and most years, a waterfall near the group site is running. There are vault toilets at the upper and lower ends of the picnic area.
