Question

When should I reserve my room by?

Answer

ASAP! You only need to make a downpayment to reserve your room and let us know you are coming! After that, the final payment is not due until March 20, 2022.

What is included in the cost of the resort?

Answer

Dreams Jade is an all-inclusive resort - so your hotel room, all meals, all drinks and taxes are included as well as all wedding events and activities. We would love for you to join us from June 4th - June 11th, however if you cannot stay the full week, there is the option of staying for a shorter amount of time!

How much is the deposit and when is it due?

Answer

The deposit is $100 per room and is due at the time of booking. If you decide to add optional insurance, the full cost of the insurance will also be due at that time as well. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information on insurance and booking!

Can I make payments?

Answer

Yes - After the initial deposit, you can make payments in any increment and amount with our Travel Agent, Brandy! See our 'Travel' link for more info on this!

Is there transportation to and from the resort from the airport?

Answer

Yes! Roundtrip transportation is included in the price you pay for your stay in Mexico! A shuttle will take you to the resort upon your arrival and will take you back to the airport upon your departure!

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A passport is mandatory. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, please visit the US Passport Center website or your local post office! We encourage you to get this sooner rather than later- they are experiencing longer delay times due to covid.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

As of right now, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be held in the Pergola at the resort with a cocktail hour and reception held on the beach! Weather permitting.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Check out the 'Travel' tab to learn about the resort`s dress code for different restaurants during your stay! For our wedding, the dress code is beach chic! Ladies should wear a cocktail dress or sundress. Men should wear lightweight dress pants or shorts and a button down shirt or polo!

Are COVID vaccinations required?

Answer

No. As of December 2021, no vaccinations are required. However, the results of a negative covid test are required within 24 hours of departing from Mexico. The resort will have you schedule a covid test upon your arrival for the end of your trip!

How do I book my airfare?

Answer

You are welcome to arrange your airfare on your own! Many wedding guests have points or miles they like to use and appreciate the opportunity to do so! Once your airfare is booked, please let Brandy know so she can make sure you have transportation to the resort!
