Where is everyone staying?
Answer
At an AirBnb or hotel of their choice. Britney and Evan are staying at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club (www.acehotel.com/palmsprings) from 5/18-5/23. If you are looking to book a last minute room somehwere, you can use the discount code "ARTSHOW" at the Ace and get 15% off. The app Hotel Tonight is also great for last minute deals

How are we all getting around?
Answer
Since our venues for the ceremony and dinner are relatively close, we will not have group transportation like a shuttle or a bus. Please carpool or use ridesharing services as parking at the various venues may be limited.

What should I pack?
Answer
Plan for hot weather, with daytime highs between 90-100F and overnight lows between 60-70F. Bring appropriate gear if you are planning on doing activities such as hiking or golfing. Don't forget a swimsuit and sunscreen because you will want to enjoy some pool time!
