Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We are kindly asking for a response no later than November 1st, 2026. To finalize our plans with vendors, we’re unable to accept RSVPs after the response deadline. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We’ve chosen to keep our celebration intimate, so we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We kindly request an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Party attire—think elegant, colorful, and celebration-ready. As this is a Florida wedding with an outdoor ceremony, we recommend formal yet breathable fabrics to stay comfortable. As a reminder, please do not wear beige, cream or white. For inspiration, we’ve linked a Pinterest board with looks we love. Pinterest Board: https://pin.it/6cXKwxJnb

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

South Florida in March is typically warm and pleasant, with average temperatures ranging from the low 70s to low 80s. It’s usually sunny with lower humidity, though weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and bringing a light layer just in case.

Question

Are there accommodations near the venue or room blocks?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block, but there are plenty of great accommodations near the venue. We recommend looking in nearby areas such as Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, and Coral Springs for convenient options.

Question

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport

Question

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony and/or reception

Answer

We kindly ask that phones remain put away during the ceremony so our wonderful photographer can capture these special moments without distraction. Once the reception begins, we’d love for you to take photos, enjoy the celebration, and share your pictures with us afterward.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in a covered amphitheater that is open-air and surrounded by nature. The cocktail hour and reception will follow indoors in the reception hall.

Question

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating our heritage through food, with dishes inspired by all three of our culture: Haitian, Jamaican, and Dominican.

Question

Can I bring liquor? Is there an open bar?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked not to bring hard liquor to the celebration, as this is not permitted due to Broward County park regulations. We will be providing a curated selection of beverages, including beer, seltzers, juice, and sangria for everyone to enjoy throughout the event.

Question

Are cash gifts allowed?

Answer

Yes, cash gifts are allowed. Please feel free to use our cash-fund page to submit the amount of your choice. Additionally, a card box will be present at the wedding for your convenience

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We are so grateful for any gift and truly appreciate the love and support from our guests. In lieu of physical gifts, we kindly ask for cash gifts only, as we are saving toward buying our first home. We will not have a designated space for physical gifts aside from a card box, and your presence means more to us than anything else.
