When should we arrive?

Answer

12:00 sharp, because on time is classy. We’ll wrap up at 16:30, before anyone turns into a pumpkin.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes. You will be fed. You will be watered. Wine and champagne included. If you have very specific drink preferences, please feel free to bring your own!

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

It is a garden party. But be sure to bring a wrap. As we all know, Cape Town weather enjoys plot twists.

Is there parking?

Answer

On-street parking only. Carpooling is encouraged to keep the neighbours happy!

Will there be speeches?

Nothing dramatic. A few thank-yous. A few words. You will not be held hostage in your chair.

Gifts?

Answer

Not expected. Truly. But deeply appreciated. If you’d like to spoil us, vouchers or contributions to our honeymoon fund would make us very happy. Envelopes welcome on the day. We’re both sober, so while we truly appreciate the thought, we kindly ask for no alcohol as gifts. Save the good bottles for your own celebrations. Please ignore the 'registry' tab - we are unable to remove it.

As much as we adore them, this is an adults-only celebration. Consider it a well-earned afternoon off.

Answer

You'll be our 'something blue, before I do'. Think linen, soft blues, and effortless garden-party elegance. Garden-friendly heels, we wouldn't want you sinking into the grass. No white, as that is our thing! Let’s keep it light, romantic, and comfortable.
