FAQs

Question

Has your wedding been affected by COVID-19?

Answer

As of right now, it has not affected our wedding date. However as we get closer to the big day, we will keep everyone updated. Currently it appears that CA is in the process of having proof of vaccine or a negative COVID-19 test to enter facilities. We do not know how it will be come October but it is looking like things are moving in that direction.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE OR A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately, we just don't have the space! Guest are reserved for those listed on the invitation/response page, please refrain from bringing friends and/or casual dates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Question

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes please. We need a close to accurate count to share with the caterer and venue. We’d love to have you join us and just want to make sure we're ready for you! It's just a couple of clicks on here! Do not assume we know you are coming or not.

Question

WHAT IF WE RSVP “NO” AND PLANS CHANGE?

Answer

You may change your RSVP anytime before the deadline, September 11, 2021. If after the deadline, please call either Britney or Jeremy to see if we still have have room to accommodate your party.

Question

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is to start exactly at 5pm. We recommend our guests arrive by 4:30 and be in their seats by 4:45

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. If you plan on drinking you can leave your vehicle overnight and not have to worry about it.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please leave the kiddos at home unless previously discussed with either the Bride or the Groom. We want you to have a fun filled night with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a 1 hour open bar, after that the bar will be a cash bar for guests which we just found out they now accept credit/debit cards!

Question

What kind of food will you be serving?

Answer

We have decided on Roasted herb potatoes, broccoli with garlic and red peppers, and Feta Herbed Salmon (Oven baked Atlantic Salmon, charred lemon and tzatziki sauce) all food items are Gluten Free. The meal will be served banquet style, released by table number. If you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian) or allergies please let us know as soon as you can so we can let the venue know.

Question

Should you bring cash?

Answer

We will be having a "Dollar Dance" to help fund the honeymoon. Also, don't forget to tip your bartender, DJ and the photo booth attendant to thank them for all their hardwork.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or black-tie optional attire, please. The evenings cool down after the sun sets, so a blazer, shawl, or cardigan may add to your comfort. Ladies, you can definitely rock those stilettos! However, strolling the grass gardens & gravel paths may be easier in a block heel or flats. However, if you feel like being nerdy, feel free to spice up your wardrobe for the wedding by wearing some sort of Star Wars apparel. It would make for awesome photos.

Question

Can I use my electronic device at the ceremony?

Answer

Please "unplug": turn off devices during the ceremony, hide them whenever professional photography is present, and minimize their use to fully enjoy the party!

Question

Can we take the centerpieces home?

Answer

We ask that you do not take the centerpieces home with you as we have put a lot of time, money and effort into making them. We will be raffling off 2 of them as they are duplicate centerpieces.
