On 6/2/2023, Will & Britnee met at The Annex in Platteville, Wisconsin, where there was an instant spark after Britnee asked Will if she could try his orange long island. One drink turned into another drink, great conversation, a late-night ranger ride to Lancaster and a night neither of them will ever forget. Despite the connection, Will - true to his shy nature- did not ask for Britnee's phone number and by the end of the night and they parted ways. Five days later- after some convincing from his friend(Grady Rielly)- Will added Britnee on Snapchat but still did not reach out. The next morning, Britnee woke up for work and took matters into her own hands and sent Will a picture of her chocolate lab, Charlie and he replied instantly. According to Will, he planned to message Britnee that Friday night but needed some liquid courage first. A couple weeks after the initial meeting, Will & Britnee's schedules finally aligned, and they met up again and the connection was obvious. Will later admitted that his Grandma once told him that he'd never find love in a bar-- but here they are almost 3 years later, proving Grandma wrong in the best way.

For years, Britnee has always dreamed of a destination wedding and after visiting Yellowstone National Park the summer before with her family, the couple has decided to return out west for the wedding ceremony. Will & Britnee have decided on a small intimate family ceremony in Estes Park, Colorado on 6/2/2026-- exactly 3 years from the date they met at The Annex in Platteville, WI. The couple can’t wait to celebrate with all of their friends & families in Lancaster, WI on 6/27/26.
