As you submit your final RSVP and meal preferences, please note that our hotel room blocks will only be available until October 1st. We encourage you to book your accommodations soon to ensure you receive the special group rate! Guests staying within the room block will also enjoy complimentary round-trip transfers between the airport and the hotel.
