Where do we park?
Answer
You will be directed on where to park upon arrival.

Where do we put our food?
Answer
Pavilion 5. There will be someone to direct where to place the items in that pavilion.

Are cell phones allowed?
Answer
Yes, we encourage you to take pictures and videos. However, keep phones silent and if they are being used for anything but pictures or video we will ask you to put them away.

How long will the reception last?
Answer
The reception will begin between 2-3 p.m and will end between 6-7 p.m.

Must I dress in formal attire?
Answer
Yes, formal attire is a must. Shorts, pants (jeans), t-shirts and other related attire are prohibited.

Can we bring alcohol?
Answer
No. This is a public park and alcohol is strictly forbidden. Those caught bringing alcohol to the wedding will be asked to leave immediately.

What events will be at the reception?
Answer
A full list of events will be given during the announcements at the beginning of the reception.

What if someone has food allergies?
Answer
Due to allergen concerns, all dishes are required to have an ingredient list submitted prior to the wedding.

How much food am I required to make?
Answer
Your dish should be able to feed at least 60 people. This is subject to change once final RSVP count is in.

What if my kids want to play?
Answer
No playing until after the ceremony. There will be an announcement made explaining where children can play.
Question
Is smoking cigarettes permitted?
Answer
Yes. However, there will be designated smoking areas with ashtrays provided. Please do not litter.
