Nope. Both The Ceremony and Reception will take place in the same building

Yes. Dinner will be set up by stations rather than plates, you will make your choices the day of and possibly the opportunity for seconds.

Cocktail attire. Something a little nicer than jeans.

Answer

Yes! Open bar will start during cocktail hour. You will get a choice of wine or beer with dinner and the bar will open again afterwards.
