We first laid eyes on each other Summer of 2008 at CSULA. My sister and I were eating lunch at a Café and noticed a group of students passing by. Jonathan was giving incoming College students a tour of the campus. As he passed by, we noticed each other and instantly had a mutual attraction. But little did we know it would be another six months until we would finally meet. February 2009 Forward to 6 months later, I was walking to Class and noticed this tall, light complected guy sitting by the gym. Little did I know my Best Friend was an acquaintance of one of Jonathan’s friends. When I got word of this information, I told her to “Best make sure we meet.” After a few times trying to meet him, he finally introduced himself to me while I was on my way to the gym. After meeting him on February 12, 2009 he requested me on MySpace. I accepted his request and began to look at all his photos. I began to notice he looked similar to that tour guide I seen Summer of 08. I asked him if he remembered a girl sitting at the café as he gave a tour. His response was, yes. That was the moment both of us realized we were the Boy and Girl from the Summer. Two months later he told me he liked me. Right after that we began to date for a year and a half, then became boyfriend and girlfriend on October 9, 2010. February 2013 In February, I knew he was the one I wanted to marry, though for him he knew I was the one he wanted to marry since he first laid eyes on me. It was during February that he expressed his feelings for me and put a promise ring on my finger. 2018 to Present On January 13, 2018 Jonathan finally got down on one knee asked if I would marry him. My response was a jubilant yes! If you hadn’t already guessed. Since that wonderful day in Janurary we have been planning our wedding and getting ready to transition from living life apart to living life as one. We are happy to invite all our close friends and family to share this special day with us!
