How do I reserve our room?

Answer

You will receive a code and login information for booking your room at the Northridge Inn shortly. Please ensure that you only book the suite designated to you and your pair.

Can I stay for just one night instead of two?

Answer

On-site accommodations at the Northridge Inn are reserved as a two-night stay for the full wedding. This allows everyone staying on-site to fully enjoy the weekend experience with us. Off-site accommodations are available for those who are only able to stay for one night.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the Northridge Inn for off-site accommodations located within Sundridge.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy time away together. That said, we understand that childcare isn’t always possible for everyone, so please reach out to us if you have any questions.

I’m bringing a caregiver to help with my young child — is that okay?

Answer

Absolutely. If bringing a caregiver allows you to join us for the weekend, we’re happy to accommodate this. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. The wedding ceremony and reception will remain adults-only.

Can I bring outside alcohol onto the resort?

Answer

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol to enjoy in their rooms. Northridge Inn is a licensed resort, so alcohol served in shared spaces during scheduled events will be provided through the resort’s bars. On Friday evening, guests are welcome to enjoy their own drinks around the bonfire and resort property once the bar closes.

What meals/food are provided?

Answer

All meals throughout the weekend will be provided on-site. This includes: a welcome BBQ on Friday evening, wedding day brunch, cocktail hour and reception dinner, late-night snack as well as a continental breakfast before departure on Sunday. Still hungry? You’ll find additional food options available for purchase in the lounge.

I am staying off site, can I still come for brunch?

Answer

Yes, meals throughout the weekend will be available for all wedding guests including those staying off site.

I am staying off site, can I still use the resort amenities?

Answer

Yes, we have exclusive use of the resort for the weekend and guests staying off site are welcome to access the amenities.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For Saturday’s wedding ceremony and reception, think garden party! Dresses, button-downs, linen, florals, and light, summery outfits are perfect since it can get quite hot in August. Ties and blazers are optional—most importantly, wear what feels comfortable to you. The rest of the weekend will have a relaxed cottage vibe, so feel free to dress comfortably for daytime activities around the resort. Since most events will be outdoors, we recommend choosing footwear that’s suitable for grass.

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

The resort does allow pets, and our pup Willow will be there celebrating with us! However, we kindly ask that guests leave their furry friends at home so we can keep things simple for the weekend. Thanks for understanding!

When is check-in and check-out?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive at Northridge any time on Friday. Official check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am on Sunday.
