Which Parks should I visit if I only have 1-2 days

Answer

Our suggestion from previous visits: The Magic Kingdom and Epcot each merit a full day, and maybe more. But you can cover the Animal Kingdom's highlights in just over half a day—even if it's your first visit—and indefatigable guests could hit Hollywood Studios in the same day. Magic Kingdom's two parades shouldn't be missed. And Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Fireworks are a great way to end any day.

There are 2 types that both require time slots: 1) A single ride pass (range $15-$25). Each Park has one (Magic K. has 2) these are very popular Rides that requires a Single pass; 2) A Multi-Pass (range $25-$45) allows you to go on the lightening lane for all other rides at a park. How To Purchase. First download the latest version of the My Disney Experience app. 1. Open the My Disney Experience app, then tap the Lightning Lane Passes section on the home screen. 2. Select a date and theme park. 3. Select a Lightning Lane Single Pass, a Lightning Lane Multi Pass or both. o If you select a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you can choose up to 3 Lightning Lane Multi Pass experiences and arrival windows in advance. o If you select a Lightning Lane Single Pass, you can choose an arrival window in advance. 4. Follow all prompts to complete your purchase—and receive a confirmation. 5. From the confirmation screen, you can tap “Plan Another Day” to purchase another pass—or tap “View My Day” for details about your Lightning Lane selections. How do I get between Disney Parks and Resorts? Do I need a Rental Car?

No. Disney has shuttle buses, Monorail and Ubers between Parks and Resorts. If you are a Guest staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you receive complimentary standard parking at Disney theme parks for the length of your Resort stay. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort Guests pay one fee for a parking pass that is good all day at all 4 theme parks—Magic Kingdom park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. The special preferred parking lots are located conveniently close to the theme park entrances. All parking fees include applicable sales tax. • Standard parking: car or motorcycle – $30 per day Note: Magic Kingdom where guests must drive to the Transportation and Ticket Center where a ferry boat or Monorail can take them to the park. is no day Parking at Magic Kingdom.

Should I make dinner reservations? And how do I make Dinner Reservations

Yes. Your life will be easier if you have all your dinners booked ahead of time. Book early because the restaurants get booked up fast, especially the popular ones. Most table-service restaurants at our 4 theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs take reservations. In addition, dinner shows and special dining events also take reservations. You can book reservations for select dining experiences online. Please note, lounges and quick-service restaurants do not offer reservations. When to Book Here’s when you can make dining reservations: • Guests with a Valid Disney Resort Hotel Reservation: Make reservations for your entire length of stay (for up to a 10-night stay) up to 60 days in advance of your arrival! This can help you enjoy streamlined vacation planning, since you can make all your reservations on the same day—rather than checking availability day after day. • All Other Guests: Make reservations up to 60 days in advance (but not for entire stay). • At approximately 6:00 AM daily, new reservation booking windows become available for select Walt Disney World restaurants. • How to Book Book select dining experiences online or via the My Disney Experience app.

How do I meet Disney Characters?

Answer

Disney Characters walk around all Disney Parks but it is hit or miss if you see one. BUT we recommend if you really want to ensure you meet a Character then book a dining reservation. The theme parks and Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort offer a variety of Character Dining opportunities. Character Dining is very popular, and we strongly recommend that you make reservations in advance. One of our favorites is Chef Mickey at the Contemporary Hotel where you see all the main Disney Characters.
