Unfortunately, we have a strict headcount we must adhere to. While we believe more is merrier, we cannot accommodate uninvited guests but would love to celebrate with you sometime after the event.
We collectively decided to opt for monetary donations instead. This way it makes it easier for guests, avoid any tariff or shipping charges and any amount will be appreciated. The registry page lists various items that we hope to be able to offset for our wedding, honeymoon and future as a married couple.
We love kids but not for this event. Historic Jordan Springs is just that, historical. It is a beautiful venue that was built in 1549. There are lots of stairs, turns, antiques, etc. which is not really suitable for children. Plus, this gives parents a chance to really enjoy themselves and cut loose.
We believe we will have a menu that will be ample enough to ensure all will be able to enjoy themselves. If you are concerned about an ingredient please consult the staff.
Unfortunately, this particular hotel does not provide transportation. While we are currently looking at options guest should be prepared to drive to and from venue.
All wedding events will take place indoors. In between events, the venue has outdoor spaces where guests can relax, socialize and take pictures.
Absolutely!
Alcohol is expensive! As of now, alcohol will only be provided via a cash bar as this location does not allow for outside beverages.
Absolutely! The only request we have is to be mindful of the photographer and try to avoid having your phone seen in any pictures.
All RSVPs must be received NLT 30 April 2026.
There will be a designated area outside to smoke.
If they are booked, please reach out to the mother of the bride (Deborah) at 703-231-3581. This way she will be able to reach out to the hotel to get more blocks.
Wedding Guests: Please wear only shades of grey, purple or black (avoid lavender, charcoal grey and white).
